How do I become a Pro Member?
If you are a Club Member already, just log into your account and upgrade to Pro by navigating to the account area of your profile.
If you do not yet have an account, you can create one here.
What payment options do I have?
For individuals, you can pay your Pro Membership on a monthly or yearly subscription.
What is included in the Pro Membership?
With a Pro Membership, you get access to all of our online live TestBashes, 100+ 99-minute workshops, more than 20 online courses, 600+ TestBash talks and a whole lot more! You get so much from being Pro that we couldn’t fit it all here, check everything that is included here. All this on top of everything you already get on top of a Club membership.
What do you get with Club Membership?
With the free Club Membership, you get access to all the Ministry of Testing Essentials courses and talks, access to our forum The Club, which is where the MoT community comes together to discuss all things testing, learn and grow together. You also get access to review TestBash abstracts to help select the line-up for each TestBash event and you can also watch Ask Me Anything recordings on-demand.
How much is Pro Membership?
Pro Memberships can be bought on a monthly or annual basis. You also have the option to purchase based on a subscription model or a one-off payment. If monthly, it will be £24.99 per month with the subscription model. If you pay annually you can save up to 2 months with the cost being £249.99 a year using the subscription model.
Do I have to renew my Pro Membership annually?
When you select an annual or monthly subscription, your Pro Membership will auto-renew each year. You can cancel your membership anytime as there are currently no annual payment reminders, so perhaps you set a payment reminder in your calendar.
Can I cancel my Pro Membership subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to all members-only content and Pro benefits until the end of the period. After this, your account will downgrade to the free Club Membership. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, please see our refund policy for more details.
If you registered for an event part of Pro, you will need to have an active Pro account at the time of the event to still attend.
Can I expense my Pro Membership subscription?
Many employers know that MoT Professional Membership is key for their software testing employees’ continued professional development and will pay for their employees’ subscriptions. At the end of your purchase, you can download a receipt from your account that you can use to file an expense report.
What is Team Membership?
With a Team Membership, you get all the Pro benefits plus the chance to send your team admin to an in-person TestBash for free and access your team’s learning history. You will also have a private area just for your team in The Club forum.
How much is Team Membership?
Team Membership of 4 or less members is £249.99 per user, per year. If you get 5 or more members you can get discounts of 5% or more. The more members you add, the bigger the discount you will get.
What is Enterprise Membership?
Enterprise Membership offers more benefits to larger teams. With an Enterprise Membership, you will get all the benefits and inclusions from the Pro and Team Memberships, plus access to a Learning Advisor, tailored webinars and one training course ticket per team member.
How do I reset my password to my Membership account?
You can change your password at any time in your Account Profile area. If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it.
Where is my Membership Account confirmation email?
We’re sorry if you haven't received your confirmation email and instructions. Check your spam folder and if you still haven’t received your account confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your issue and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my MoT account?
We'll have sad faces if you go but if you must just email email@example.com with details of your request and we'll sort that for you.
